1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Physicore Limited uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, 'cookies') on www.physicore.ai (the 'Site'). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy at /privacy and our Terms of Use at /terms.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to operate more efficiently, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and software development kits, which we treat as cookies for the purposes of this policy.
3. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function, for example to maintain session state, route requests and protect against abuse. These cookies do not require consent.
- Functional. Remember choices you make (such as language or region) to provide a more personalised experience.
- Performance and analytics. Collect aggregated information about how visitors use the Site so that we can measure and improve its performance.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Consent and withdrawal
We request your consent before placing cookies that are not strictly necessary. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by selecting 'Cookie settings' in the Site footer or by clearing cookies in your browser and revisiting the Site. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. The 'Help' menu of your browser explains how. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from functioning.
7. Third party analytics
Where we use a third party analytics provider, we configure it to operate in a privacy-preserving mode (for example, IP truncation, no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers). The provider acts as our processor under Article 28 UK GDPR.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page indicates when the changes took effect.
